During the appointment, the showroom is reserved exclusively for the client, allowing them to browse, test beds and mattresses, and explore materials and finishes at their own pace. There is no sales pressure, no interruptions, and absolutely no obligation to purchase. Clients are encouraged to take their time, ask questions if they wish, or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.
