3-Layer Mattress Specification

1. Spring Unit
   Core support layer using a spring system to provide strength, durability, and proper body support.
2. Insulator Layer
   Protective layer placed above the springs to prevent movement from being felt and to improve comfort.
3. Comfort Layer
   Top cushioning layer designed to provide a comfortable sleeping surface and light pressure relief.

Delivery Procedure for Mattress and/or Divan/Upholstered Base

1. Order Processing
   Once the customer places an order, the mattress and base are handmade & finished, checked for quality, and packaged for transport.
2. Transport to Customer
   The items are delivered to the customer’s address by our own transport or via a courier or logistics service. Basic delivery to the curb or ground floor is included in the product price in most locations all other will incur a cost.
3. Placement and Setup (Optional extra costs are involved)
   Delivery can include carrying the mattress and base to the desired room, unboxing, and placing the items on the bed frame. Some services may also remove packaging or old mattresses upon request.
4. Customer Inspection
   Customers are usually asked to inspect the items for damage or defects at the time of delivery and sign a confirmation receipt.
5. Costs
   • Basic delivery to the curb or ground floor is included in the product price in most locations all other areas will incur a cost.
   • Additional services, such as carrying upstairs, setup, or removal of old mattresses, may incur extra charges depending on distance, weight, and accessibility.

“The product is supplied with a 1 year guarantee, applied on a pro-rata basis. Under this arrangement, the supplier’s contribution to replacement or repair costs decreases over the guarantee period. For example, in a 5-year guarantee term, a claim made in Year 2 would require the customer to cover 60% of the replacement cost, with the supplier contributing the remaining 40%.”

Pro-Rata Guarantee (5 Years)

• Year 1: Supplier pays 100% (customer pays 0%)
• Year 2: Supplier pays 40% (customer pays 60%)
• Year 3: Supplier pays 30% (customer pays 70%)
• Year 4: Supplier pays 20% (customer pays 80%)
• Year 5: Supplier pays 10% (customer pays 90%)

Explanation
